Universal Air Products Pvt. Ltd. based in Bangalore, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of gases for INDUSTRIAL and MEDICAL purposes. In the year 1993 we started as a distributor and today we are one of the leading manufacturers and continue to deal in many gases. Started as UNIVERSAL GASES by the promoter Mr. Subasish Guha Roy, with only 2 employees and one sales out let today we have strong team of over 100 employees and are located in all important industrial estates in and around Bangalore. Coming up at other major cities in Karnataka
We have close to 250 liquid oxygen and liquid medical oxygen storage tanks, micro bulk, mini bulk and tonners installed with as many customers located in and around Bangalore and also at Mysore. We have a large number of hospitals in our customer list which shows the confidence healthcare sector has in us. This is a sector where timely supply and service becomes more important than any other criteria.
Apart from the above we are also able to supply Gaseous Oxygen, Gaseous Medical oxygen, Gaseous nitrogen, carbon dioxide, Argon, Helium and very soon other gases which are not manufactured in India. Gas mixtures and calibration standard gases are also available.
Our company is well-armed with a large fleet for transportation of Cryogenic Liquids as well as Compressed Gases ensures timely door delivery of products to customers. We have a good strength of cylinders for compressed gases.
We have a net work of compressing stations and retail out lets at 4 different locations in Bangalore and we will be adding more such locations soon.
Manufacturing Facilities
We have plants/filling stations at multiple locations in and around Bangalore and some more facilities are being added in addition to the existing net work. Our MIG welding wire division is equipped with latest state of art plant wherein we have capacity which will be the largest in South India. All these facilities are located in such a way that we can cater to the needs of individual industrial estates which is our strength.

Distribution and Storage Facilities:
The company has excellent distribution and storage facilities which ensure that we are able to cater our customers with quality products in time. Various unique advantages and facts of our storage and distribution features are given as below:
- We have installed large storage tanks at various locations enabling us to store 150 tons of Liquid Oxygen, 100 tons of Liquid CO2 tanks at any point of time.
- We have transport tanks for Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, and Liquid Carbon Dioxide. The total capacity is approximately 200 tons of all liquids put together. We have installed 250 tanks at customers end consisting of micro bulk , mini bulk and tonners.
- We keep ready stock of such customer storage tanks for immediate delivery to customers. We have built a fleet of about 25 LCV’S for delivery of compressed gases in cylinders which is not matched by any other industry in and around Bangalore.
- We have invested in very large number of cylinders for various compressed gases which ensures that customers get cylinders in time.
